AI tools, placed where they fit your business
We help small businesses in Malaysia work through what outside tools would mean for their data, then build and maintain assistants that draw from their own documents rather than the general web.
What we offer
Three services, each with a defined scope and a plain-language output. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit.
PDPA Readiness Review
We look at your enquiry forms, message archives, order records and staff practice, then set out in plain language which items should not leave your own systems and what a compliant arrangement would look like under Malaysian personal data rules.
- Short written assessment with practical steps
- Steps ordered by effort, not just risk level
- Notes where a lawyer should be involved
Knowledge Base Assistant
An assistant that answers staff questions from your own internal documents — procedures, warranty terms, supplier agreements. It cites the document and section behind each answer, so a person can check rather than trust.
- Cites the source document and section
- Two-week correction period included
- You define what stays out of scope
Support Plan
An ongoing plan for businesses running a knowledge assistant. Each month we update documents, review poor answers, and check that nothing sensitive has drifted into scope. Includes a written monthly summary.
- Monthly document updates and clean-up
- Response commitment for staff-raised problems
- No lock-in; your documents stay with you
Would you like to understand what an AI tool would mean for your data?
We start with a conversation about how your business works today, not with a proposal for something that may not fit.
How we work
A few things that shape how we approach each engagement.
Plain written outputs
Every engagement ends with a document you can read, file and act on — not a verbal debrief that fades.
Your data stays yours
We work with documents that remain in your own storage. Nothing is sent to third-party platforms without your knowledge of what that means.
Scope is agreed before we begin
We define what is included, what is not, and what a question outside that scope would cost. No open-ended billing.
Correction periods are built in
The knowledge assistant includes two weeks where wrong answers are logged and fixed. Delivery is not the end of our responsibility.
Malaysian regulatory context
The compliance review is written around PDPA (Malaysia) specifically, not a generic international framework that may not reflect local requirements.
We say when to get a lawyer
Our advisory work is technical and practical. We note clearly in our output where legal advice is the appropriate next step.
Common questions
What does the PDPA Readiness Review actually look at?
Do I need to have a knowledge assistant before I can get the Support Plan?
How long does it take to set up the knowledge assistant?
Where are my documents stored?
What if I want to cancel the Support Plan?
Is this work suitable for very small businesses — sole traders or two-person teams?
