Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones the Sirih Labs website uses, and how you can manage them. If you have questions, write to us at [email protected].
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit. It is not a programme and it cannot carry a virus. Cookies allow a website to recognise your browser on a subsequent visit or to remember a preference you have set.
Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others remain for a set period (persistent cookies).
Cookies we use
Essential cookies (always active)
These cookies are needed for the website to function. They cannot be switched off. They do not collect information about you for advertising or analytics.
- cookieConsent — remembers your cookie preference so we do not ask again. Expires after 12 months. Set by us.
Analytics cookies (optional)
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and how long they spend on each page. This information is collected in aggregate and does not identify you personally.
- Google Analytics — collects page views and session data. Retained for up to 14 months by Google.
Marketing cookies (optional)
These cookies may be set through our site by advertising partners to build a profile of your interests. We use them sparingly and only if you consent.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — tracks whether a contact form submission followed an ad click.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — if active, records page views and form submissions for ad effectiveness measurement.
Preference cookies (optional)
These cookies remember settings you have chosen on this site, such as your preferred language or region. We do not currently use preference cookies beyond the essential consent cookie listed above.
Cookie durations
- cookieConsent: 12 months (persistent)
- Google Analytics: Up to 14 months (persistent, managed by Google)
- Marketing pixels: Up to 90 days (persistent, managed by the relevant platform)
Your cookie preferences
You can change your preferences below. Essential cookies cannot be turned off because they are needed for the site to work.

Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the essential cookies required for the site to function.
Disabling analytics or marketing cookies means we will receive less information about how the site is used, but it will not prevent you from using any part of this site.
